Probably the best trekking towel on the market. Excellent absorption when compared to micro fibre fabrics, quick drying, incredibly soft, no dragging and, because of its natural antibacterial properties it wont smell, even after extended continuous use. What makes this towel stand out from the rest is its versatility. I have used at as a bandana, scarf, hat and sweat rag as well as using in the period as a towel! The towel comes in its own zipped bag with the Mountain Junky logo printed on it. There is also a useful label on the towel that enables it to be hung on a branch when washing etc. The towel is made from 92% bamboo viscose and 8% elastine.

I have used many a different trekking towel or whatever is to hand at the time to dry myself but all have their limitations. The Mountain Junky Field Towel however is extremely versatile. No only is the towel lightweight and ultra absorbent in fact, 4 x more so than cotton it is also extremely soft and, as with all our bamboo range naturally antibacterial meaning it can be used over and over again without becoming smelly. Add to this the versatility of the towel which can be used as a scarf, bandana, sweat rag or hat whilst still being fit for purpose as a towel at the end of a hard day.
